Instructions:

  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with the lemon garlic marinade.
  4. Toss zucchini, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the vegetables around the salmon in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
